I take responsibility for anything & everything that happens to me and/or my younger sisters. If something happens to me, I get punished. If something happens to either one of them, I get punished. I’m responsible for setting the example, so when I make mistakes, I’m lectured for how I see it: “Not being perfect”. I’m never encouraged, never praised for the good I’ve done. Whether it’s receiving some kind of award, or succeeding in the hobbies I love.

I’m growing up. As I learn to be independent, to manage my time, or to decide for my own self, I’m bound to make more than one mistake. Trial & error, right? There’s so much expected from me, but I’m sorry. This is me, & I’m doing everything to the best of my ability. Now, if you choose not to believe when I say, “I’m trying,” that’s all up to you.

I’m just asking that you notice my personal accomplishments. See the good in me for once, & stop focusing on my faults & flaws. Because that’s impacting my self-esteem. As much as it shouldn’t, it slowly brings me down because all of it is coming from you. It’s hard to accept that it’s YOU, out of all people, throwing a bunch of this negativity at me.

Joshua & I went to Fresno to look for supplies & the earrings he wants (he asked if my mom could pierce his ears for him, lol), then ended up eating afterwards.

Our original plan was Chik-Fil-A, but when we got there, we tried opening the door & there were people eating inside but they just stared at us like we were stupid :( Haha, Josh goes, “They look Canadian..” Wtf, haha. Whatever.

So. Since In-N-Out was righhht there, we just crossed the street & yah. I liked it x) Haha, I feel less deprived now!

Soooo. I’m assigned to this committee in ASB. Today, Michaela & I went over to the room above the print shop, & with the help of 2guys from multimedia, recorded each candidate’s speech.

One kid goes, “Hello, freshmans of Lemoore High. My name is _____, but most of you know me as Thugtastic. I’m running for president because blah blah blah.”
Thugtastic? You expect me, no the whole school, to believe that people REALLY call you that? XD wow, kid.

Another one said something along the lines of, “Hello, Lemoore High. Future president speaking here. Vote for me to be your 2010-2011 freshman president because.. Just because.”

It’s annoying when they say ‘freshmans’. The plural form of freshman, is FRESHMEN -____-

HAHA! Oh, & one of the applications, I read, “I’m running for president because I care about the people of LHS. IT’S TIME FOR A CHANGE. God bless LHS & God bless America!!!!” Omg, children these days xD

Forgiveness is a gift to be given. When I give forgiveness, I free my own spirit to release the anger in my heart & forgiveness, when granted to others, becomes a gift to myself.
