I’ve been gaining a lot of leg muscle.
My calves are starting to take shape haha! Yes! I’ve been toning my thighs a lot too, so they’re not just 100% fat lol thats embarrassing!
Its just.. I’m still broken! The whole left side of my body is covered in bruises. My arms, hands, legs. & my right side is broken in terms of all my bones xD my wrist moves out of place now, my hips are always popping & my ankle never seems to stop swelling!
This is not good, haha. Oh well! No pain no gain. But I feel that I’m slowly pushing myself too far :l
